Incontro del 5 - Ottobre - 2013
il team che collabora alle attività del Progetto Comenius "Go Europe"ha incontrato i genitori degli alunni che ospiteranno i partners tedeschi dal 23 al 26 Ottobre 2013.
E' stato presentato il programma e illustrato la serie di impegni  che le famiglie sono tenute ad osservare.
Tutti si sono dimostrati disponibili ed interessati per la possibilità di far vivere ai propri figli un'esperienza nuova che mette a confronto diverse culture con lo scopo di promuovere l'integrazione tra ragazzi che osservano modi differenti  tra loro.

Ore 18:00 Arrivo degli studenti tedeschi nel piazzale antistante la Scuola Elementare "Dalla Chiesa" zona Fornaci in via Rossini. Presentazione e sistemazione presso le famiglie ospitanti.

Giovedì 24: 
Ore 8:00 Gli alunni tedeschi si incontreranno a scuola per essere introdotti a piccoli gruppi nelle classi terze dove assisteranno alle prime due ore di lezione.
Ore 10:00 Intervallo
Ore 10:20 Benvenuto da parte dei nostri studenti.
Ore 11:00 Momento musicale.
Ore 16:30 Incontro a scuola per laboratorio di cucina.
Ore 19:00 Cena a scuola per ospiti. Musica e intrattenimento.
Ore 21:30 Le famiglie ospitanti si recheranno a scuola per prelevare gli alunni. Serata libera.

Venerdì 25:
Ore 8:00 Gli alunni tedeschi si incontreranno a scuola. Giorno libero.
Ore 19:00 Incontro nel piazzale antistante Scuola Elementare "Dalla Chiesa" Fornaci per rientro degli ospiti presso le famiglie.

Sabato 26
Ore 8:00 gli studenti tedeschi verranno condotti al piazzale antistante l'Hotel Parco via Donizetti per la partenza.

Meeting, October 5th
On the 5th October we had a meeting with the parents who will host a German delegation (students and teachers) to show them the programme and the activities fot the time they are staying in Castelfidardo.
They are happy and looking forward to meeting them.

                                                     COMENIUS PROJECT "GO EUROPE"
Wednesday 23rd October
Arrival at 18:00 (6 p.m.). Meeting in front of Scuola Elementare "Dalla Chiesa"via Rossini.The same place where you arrived last year.
Parents will be there (and me too) and take your students home for dinner and night.

Thursday 24th October
8:00: Meeting point "Scuola Media Paolo Soprani"
8:05:The German students will take part in two hour lessons (group of four or five)
10:05: Break
10:30: Welcome from the Italian students in the school Auditorium with a musical  performance by a small group of Italian students  belonging to the musical section in our school. By the way, I would like to know if your students will perform any kind of activities they wish to.
12:00: You are free to organize your lunch
16:30: Meeting at school for the cooking workshop.
A lady will show you how to make "tagliatelle" and the students will be involved in the making!
19:00 (roughly): Dinner at school for everyone(students, teachers and...)
At the end the families will come to school and take the students home for night.

Friday 25th October
8:00 o' clock: Meeting at "Paolo Soprani " school.
8:15: From now to evening you are free to organize the day.
18:30: Meeting at school to let the students join the families and spend the rest of the evening with them.
If you have a different plan or idea, please let me know.

Saturday 26th October
8:00 o'clock: the German students will be taken at the "Hotel Parco" car park for departure.

Busy days these days! As you know a German delegation is writing our school and the area around Castelfidardo. The organization of it look some time but we didn't forget our Comenius meeting in Nitra. We want to thank our Slowakian partners for the excellent organization of the meeting.
We apprecieted everything. We will have memories for long of the nice time we spent there. On behalf of Vincenza (headteacher) and Giulietta (music teacher) I send you my best regards and wishes for the work. We have to do for the Comenius project "to Europe" and so " Let's go together".

Izstrādāts nolikumi tērpu skiču konkursam, mūzikla dalībnieku atlasei un talismana konkursam
  

Mūzikla „GoEurope” talismana skiču izstrādes nolikums

Tā ir unikāla iespēja piedalīties starptautiska mēroga  skolēnu mūzikla aktieru apģērbu skiču izstrādē. Mūzikls „GoEurope” notiks  Vācijā, Kothenes J.S.Baha centrā,

2015.gada 3.maijā

Mērķis: Izveidot projekta ( mūzikla) talismanu, ko varētu izmantot projekta realizācijas procesā kā papildus elementu un atpazīšanas zīmi.

Darbu iesniegšana  - līdz –28.11. 2013. , plkst. 12.30 

Kā? - talismana idejas skici iesniedz noformētu uz A4 formāta lapas un pievieno īsu idejas aprakstu . Autora vārds , uzvārds un  klase tiek reģistrēts darbu iesniegšanas laikā īpašā veidlapā, kur darbiem tiek piešķirti numuri.

 Kam? – Comenius C grupas nacionālajam vadītājam J.Ļitvinovam ( Džeimsam)  

Dalībnieki:  Ādažu vidusskolas  12 – 18 gadus veci skolēni. 1 skolēns var iesniegt vienu darbu.

Darba saturs: talismanā jāietver  7 mūzikla dalībvalstu simbolika un  mīlestības ideja. Projektā piedalās Vācija, Latvija, Itālija, Slovākija, Polija, Turcija, Portugāle.

Darba pielietojamība: grafiska zīme un telpisks objekts

Vērtēšanas kritēriji:

1.         Talismana izteiksmīgums,

2.        Radošas idejas izpausme,

3.          Izpildīti visi prasītie noteikumi ( skice uz A4 lapas un apraksts, ietverta  7 mūzikla dalībvalstu simbolika un  mīlestības ideja)

Talismana skiču izvērtēšanu veic Comenius  projekta darba grupa, piesaistot Ādažu mākslas un mūzikas skolas speciālistu.  Atlases rezultātus nevar apstrīdēt.

Veiksmīgākā talismana idejas skice piedalās starptautiskā mūzikla GoEurope skiču konkursā , Latvijas sesijā, Ādažos 2014.gada septembrī. Vērtē starptautiska žūrija.  

2  veiksmīgākie talismana skiču autori piedalās skolēnu apmaiņas braucienā uz Vāciju 2014.gada maijā vai piedalās mūzikla pirmizrādē  2015.gada 3.maijā Vācijā.

Konsultācijas skiču satura un noformēšanas jautājumos – piektdienās 7., 8.stundas laikā 228.kab.

Was prepared and sent to Italy, sheet music and musical Latvian dance "Sasala Jurina."

Tika sagatavots un nosūtīts uz Itāliju nošu materiāls un mūzika latviešu dejai „Sasala jūriņa”.

October 24, notification, and welcome all participation in the selection of participants.

24.oktobrī paziņojām dalībnieku atlases rezultātus un sveicām visus ar piedalīšanos dalībnieku atlasē.

Tika izraudzīti gan mūzikla dalībnieki, gan dublieri, kas līdzdarbosies mūzikla iestudēšanā.

Arī pārējie atlases dalībnieki saņēma bonuspunktus turpmākajiem konkursiem.

October 22nd – there was the Adazhi secondary school contest the participants for the musical. Participated 24 students- they showed their vocals and dancing skills, actor's talent and ability to communicate in English.

22.oktobrī Ādažu vidusskolā notika mūzikla dalībnieku atlase. Piedalījās 24 dalībnieki, kam nācās demonstrēt gan savas vokālās un dejotprasmes, gan parādīt aktiera talantu un spēju komunicēt angliski.

October 16th,  Latvian Comenius group - Sarmite and James briefing to Adazhi secondary school teachers on project progress, achievements and future plans.

16.oktobrī Comenius Latvijas grupas pārstāvji – Sarmīte un Džeims informēja Ādažu vidusskolas skolotājus par projekta gaitu, sasniegto un nākotnes plāniem.

Skolotāji ar interesi noklausījās uzstāšanos.

Uzaicinājām ikvienu līdzdarboties projektā, mudinot skolēnus iesaistīties izsludinātajos konkursos un nākt ar savām idejām turpmākai darbībai.

On September 30, Latvian Comenius group - Sarmite, Vaira, Anda and James gave a detailed overview of school leadership findings of the mission in Slovakia.

30. septembrī  Latvijas Comenius  grupa – Sarmīte, Vaira, Anda un Džeims sniedza sīku pārskatu skolas vadībai par komandējuma rezultātiem Slovākijā. Tika parādīta prezentācija par darba gaitu, paveikto un plānoto visa projekta garumā.

Dalījāmies iespaidiem par darba plānošanas aspektiem, kas attieksies uz sadarbības partneru uzņemšanu Ādažos 2014.gada septembrī.

Atbildējām uz jautājumiem un mēģinājām iezīmēt turpmākās darbības soļus.

Maskot Nedir ?
 

Maskot: Maskot, herhangi bir organizasyon,  proje gibi genel kimliği olan bir topluluğu simgelemek için kullanılan hayvan, çizgi film karakteri gibi varlıkların çizimleri ve elle tutulabilir 3 boyutlu modelleridir. Genellikle tanıtım ve seyircileri coşturmak amacıyla kullanılır.

Okulumuzun hazırlamakta olduğu Avrupa Birliği Projesi için ödüllü Maskot Yarışması düzenliyoruz.   Ortaklarımız Almanya, Slovakya, Polonya, Portekiz, Türkiye, İtalya ve Letonya’nın bayrak renklerini ya da simgelerini içeren uluslar arası (tüm dünya milletleri tarafından tanınan, bilinen hayvan veya çizgi film karakteri gibi. ) bir maskot hazırlayıp  15 Kasım 2013 tarihine kadar okulumuz İngilizce öğretmeni BİRGÜL HAN’ a teslim etmenizi rica ederiz.

A challlenge to compete for the students of our school!
Students have been asked to enter 3 different competitions.

Výzva pre žiakov!:

Naša škola sa zapojila do medzinárodného projektu Comenius s názvom „Go Europe“, ktorého cieľom je pripraviť muzikál k 20. výročiu projektov Comenius/Sokrates  Projektu sa zúčastňujú tieto krajiny: Nemecko, Taliansko, Lotyšsko, Poľsko, Turecko, Portugalsko a Slovensko.

1. Hľadáme dievčatá a chlapcov, vo veku 13-16, ktorí sú nadaní v oblasti spevu, tanca a   dramatického prejavu a mali by záujem v muzikáli účinkovať. Stretneme sa dňa  21.10. 2013 o 14,30 hod. v učebni č. 78.  Za našu školu budú v muzikáli vystupovať 3-5 účinkujúci. Neváhajte a príďte.

2. Zároveň vyhlasujeme súťaž na návrh najzaujímavejšieho trička v našich národných farbách so symbolom našej školy. Ide o návrh kostýmu pre jedného z tanečníkov moderného tanca v muzikáli. Prosíme kreatívnych žiakov so záujmom o módu, aby sa zúčastnili, pretože bude možné vyhrať zaujímavé ceny, respektíve zúčastniť sa výmenného pobytu v rámci projektu.

3. Tiež vyzývame žiakov, ktorí sa zaujímajú o oblasť počítačovej grafiky a výtvarného umenia, aby sa zúčastnili súťaže o najzaujímavejšie plagáty k súťaži o maskota projektu, titulnú pieseň a k samotnému muzikálu. Témou je ľúbostný príbeh dvoch mladých ľudí z rôznych krajín. Najlepšie práce budú samozrejme odmenené.

October 2013 - Comenius team of teachers met to discuss the tasks to be done and arranged in the project GoEurope. We discussed and evaluated the project meeting in Nitra, Slovakia (23 September- 27 September 2013 ).
The groups A,B,C,D were completed to work on different goals.

In the following some information about the different competitions in our project and about the parent's evening in November in Köthen:

Am Mittwoch, den 09.10.13 trafen sich die „Barlebenschen“ Schüler der COMENIUS-AG im Haus 3 zur ersten Diskussion zu unserem neuen COMENIUS-Projekt.

Es waren die Schüler der  6. Klassen, der 8. Klassen und drei neue Schüler der 5a anwesend, die wir „Alten“ herzlich begrüßten.

Wir sprachen über den Inhalt unseres neuen Projektes, Aufgaben, die auf alle Jahrgänge zukommen und Schüleraustausche mit den anderen Partnern.

Besonders interessant waren die einzelnen Wettbewerbe, die für viel Diskussionsstoff sorgten. Einige Ideen wurden schon besprochen. Das Plakat wird nach den Herbstferien für alle Schüler unseres Gymnasiums sichtbar von

Herrn Blaszcyk in allen Häusern ausgehängt.

On the 07.10.2013 our COMENIUS-group had a meeting. We talked about the teachers meeting in Nitra, Slovakia.

Am Montag, den 07.10.2013 hatte unsere COMENIUS-Gruppe ihr 1. Treffen im neuen Schuljahr. Wir konnten eine neue Mitstreiterin begrüßen: Anne aus der 9. Klasse.
Im Mittelpunkt des Tages stand das Treffen der Lehrer in Nitra, Slowakei. Frau Grunert verschaffte uns einen Überblick über die dortige Arbeit und überbrachte uns wichtige Informationen.
Des Weiteren dürfen wir jetzt eine „cloud“, also einen Speicherplatz im Internet unser eigen nennen. Von Frau Grunert hat Sie den Namen „unser Wölkchen“ erhalten. Ich freue mich auf eine schöne Zusammenarbeit am Projekt, das am 1. Maiwochenende 2015 mit der Aufführung des Musicals hier in Köthen endet.

We all, the German, Italian, Latvian, Polish and Turkish teachers, enjoyed the very warm welcome and atmosphere at your school.
Thank you so much for your collaboration.

The visiting head teachers and teachers all appreciated the excellent preparations for the meeting and the professional way in which it was conducted.

It was a new challenge to work in such a big team with all the countries for you and for us too, but it was a fantastic cooperation, acceptance and tolerance between all partners.

Very many thanks to all the teachers of your school, special Marcela, Tania, Zuzana and Vladimir; they did a very excellent job throughout our time in Slovakia.

 

Thousands of thanks to your students they showed a very interesting drama to us. It was very nice and has given the teachers a lot of new ideas for their own work.
We are very grateful to you for the chance to visit the absolutely beautiful musical “Romeo and Juliet”. It was a big highlight for all partners during the days in Nitra.

Dear Katarina, please tell your school canteen a thank you for the delicious meals at your school from all. The cooks were very friendly to us every day.

With your help we were able to make the new first and very important steps to the Comenius project and also to organize the special working groups for our musical.

You and all the involved teachers did everything possible to make our work to a

success.

I would like to give my colleagues and students in Koethen some information about our meeting in Nitra.

Wir waren im Rahmen unseres neuen Comenius – Projektes zum ersten Meeting in Nitra, Slowakei. Meeting heißt, wir haben uns mit den Lehrern unserer Partnerschulen aus Italien, Lettland, Polen, der Slowakei und der Türkei getroffen. (Leider konnten die Kollegen aus Portugal nicht an dem Treffen teilnehmen). Wir waren insgesamt 24 Kollegen und haben uns in einem Sprachengemisch aus Englisch, Deutsch, Italienisch, Französisch und Russisch verständigt. 

Das erste Treffen ist immer besonders spannend, und es war auch dieses Mal wieder schön zu erleben, wie wir, Lehrer aus allen „Ecken“ Europas, ganz ähnliche Vorstellungen von unserer Zusammenarbeit und von unseren Zielen haben.

 In diesem Projekt wird ein Musical entstehen, das die Entwicklung der Comenius – Arbeit in den letzten 20 Jahren zum Thema hat. Sie denken: Wie langweilig! Sie täuschen sich. Lassen Sie sich überraschen und halten Sie sich schon einmal den 3. Mai 2015 frei, denn an diesem Tag können Sie in unserem Bachsaal in Köthen das Musical im Rahmen der Europa-Woche erleben.
